And if you believe that Rezko helped Obama pay for his house, you’re just plain misinformed. (And I’d be careful about bringing up the Mob — there are many rumors about your candidate’s connection to organized crime.) The facts are out there about the house, and they’ve been thoroughly publicized. All you’re doing is repeating the McCain campaign’s response, which of course is not only untrue but designed to divert attention from his blunder.

Interesting that you act as if I didn’t acknowledge that McCain is free to own as many homes as he likes — I could care less. My point is that he’s out of touch with most Americans if he can’t remember how many houses he owns. Instead, you choose to attack Obama, as if McCain’s attack dogs wouldn’t have savaged him if the roles were reversed.

McCain has set the tone for this campaign, and judging from a new Wall Street Journal poll, voters are put off by his negativity. Now that he’s getting what he’s been dishing out, we get more lies. Any honor that McCain had is getting tarnished beyond recognition.
