Danny -- I'm with you. The "search mission" and the camp out are still so amazingly vivid. I didn't get into the guy who picked us up driving us back to the Blue Boat and yanking it out. What I remember so clearly about the camp out is the deputy suddenly appearing by the fire and shouting "Don't move!" Everyone froze for a second, then ran in every direction. I think Bob Arnold ran straight into a tree. Some of us ended up in the shallow water, hiding, then walking most of the way back to my house. Looking forward to reliving all those great times in a few weeks. -- Mike

It hardly seems possible that could have been forty years ago. I remember it as yesterday along with other great memories from that era. I remember the campout and how Brent and I walked the abandoned railroad tracks home after we got busted by that S.W.A.T. team (one deputy sheriff). As I recall, the next afternoon we were at your house on Lake Sybelia standing around a half full ice chest of chilled PBR's. I think we opted to destroy the evidence. As for "The Juana", I was going to check with Charlie because I thought it might be a good spot for a few of us to get together for a couple of beers soon. When I called to reserve I was saddened to learn it had closed in 2006 after 43 years of business. Oh well...Danny
